1. Slot-type box
With ears inserted at the top and bottom, the upper part is the same as the bottom, mostly opening from both sides, or can open from the same side, convenient for packaging, widely used, suitable for lighter products.
2. Drawer-type box
Consists of an inner box and a sleeve, opened and closed by extraction, uses more paper, slightly higher in price, and is one of the better quality packaging methods along with the top and bottom box.
3. Airplane box
The packaging box unfolds into a flat sheet of paper, utilizing structural design to achieve a one-piece formation without needing to glue the box, saving processing costs, commonly used for express packaging.
4. Book-type box
The packaging style resembles a book, with the box opening from one side. The shape consists of a panel and a bottom box, made according to the customized size and function of the packaging box. Some book-shaped boxes require materials like magnets or metal sheets, making it one of the options for high-end gift boxes.
5. Top and bottom lid box
Consists of a separate lid and bottom box, using more paper which slightly increases costs but offers good quality. It can also operate with double-layer thickness to enhance sturdiness, suitable for premium gift boxes such as clothing, jewelry, or food gift boxes, enhancing product image.
6. Flip-top box
Flip-top packaging boxes can be single flip-top or double flip-top; double flip-top consists of a bottom box and two lid surfaces, while single flip-top has one lid surface. The craftsmanship required for double flip-top boxes is relatively complex.
7. Handheld box
The bottom is an insert base box that increases load capacity; the upper part has a handle design for easy assembly and disassembly. Made with corrugated paper, it is the most commonly used type for gift boxes, with the main feature being convenience in carrying.
8. Polygonal box
Also adopts the top and bottom lid form but is shaped as a pentagon or hexagon or other polygonal structures. Premium gift boxes give a stable and grand feeling, leaving a deep impression on consumers.
9. Windowed box
Paper boxes have holes cut out for windows or are covered with transparent glass paper to allow visibility of the product. This allows products to be displayed intuitively in front of us, facilitating customer observation and increasing product credibility.
